What if you want to return the product ?

Due to personal hygiene concerns we do not offer returns. An unboxing video of the poducts delivered is mandatory to claim shortage of product or if the product is damaged.In case you have received damaged products ,the unboxing video is to be shared on the same day of delivery. After receiving the unboxing video via email or whatsapp, our internal team will inspect and notify you as early as possible. Only products damaged or lost during transit are applicable for refund.To process this request please allow us a time period of 3 weeks.

What if you receive a different product ?

Although it is highly unlikely that you will receive different products as we have a stringent quality check policy, in case of exchange please write to us at care@noworganic.in and we will resolve the issue within 24-48 hours.

What All Products Are Eligible For Exchange And Returns?

We DO NOT accept exchanges or returns for the following items (unless received damaged during transit):

  • Oral care and personal hygiene products
  • Items purchased with offers or during a sale
  • Product is used.

Returns and exchanges will also not be accepted in the following circumstances:

  • Request not raised within 7 working days of product delivery.
  • Received product is used or altered.
  • Product is damaged by customer.

What Happens After The Product Has Been Returned?

Once our personnel pick up the product, you will be given a pick-up slip or receipt, please keep it carefully.

Once your returned product has been received at the warehouse, the product will undergo a thorough quality check. Post that we will refund your amount via account transfer or store credits as per our policy.

In case of an exchange, we will ship the new product post quality evaluation of the old one and will be delivered to you within a communicated time period.

If The Exchanged Product I Want Is Not In Stock At The Moment?

In a scenario where the exchange item is not available right away, you have the following options to choose from:

  • Take the refund of the product in your bank account.
  • We will try to let you know the duration by when the product will be available. You can choose any other product in the meantime.
  • We will refund you via Store Credits and notify you as and when the product is available

Can I Cancel My Online Order?

Yes, cancelling your order is possible.However, any sort of cancellation will only be possible if you do it before the product has been dispatched. Once the product has been dispatched, you will receive it and then you can opt for return or exchange.
